Technical Questions

How do I size a well pump?
Proper pump sizing requires knowing your well depth, static water level, drawdown, flow rate (GPM needed), and total dynamic head (TDH). Our technical team can help contractors calculate the correct pump size, horsepower, motor voltage, and wire size for any well system. Call us at (602) 233-2988 for sizing assistance.
What's the difference between 2-wire and 3-wire submersible motors?
2-wire motors have the start components built into the motor itself, while 3-wire motors use an external control box. 2-wire systems are simpler to install and troubleshoot. 3-wire systems are more common for larger horsepower applications and allow easier replacement of start components without pulling the pump.
Can you help me select the right pump for my application?
Absolutely. Our team has decades of combined experience in water and wastewater pumping. Provide us with your application details (flow rate, head, liquid type, solids content, etc.) and we'll recommend the appropriate pump, motor, and controls.
Do you provide performance curves and technical data?
Yes. We can provide pump curves, motor specifications, electrical data, dimensional drawings, and installation manuals for all products we distribute. Contact us for specific technical documentation.

Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer emergency pump supply?
Yes. We maintain extensive inventory for emergency situations. When a contractor's customer has a pump failure, we can often provide same-day pickup or expedited delivery. Emergency supply is available by appointment outside regular hours for critical situations.
Can I pick up my order same-day?
In most cases, yes. We stock common pumps, motors, and accessories for immediate pickup. For specialty items or large orders, we may need 1-2 days. Call ahead to confirm availability.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout our service area. Delivery times and costs vary by location and order size. Contact us for delivery options and scheduling.
How do I set up a contractor account?
Licensed contractors and resellers can apply for a trade account. You'll need to provide your business license, contractor license (if applicable), tax ID, and credit references. Contact us at (602) 233-2988 or [email protected] to get started.

Products & Services

Do you stock replacement parts?
Yes. We stock motors, control boxes, pressure switches, check valves, fittings, wire, and other common replacement parts. If we don't have a specific part in stock, we can typically get it within 1-2 business days.
Do you repair pumps?
We are a distributor, not a repair shop. However, we can provide replacement parts, technical troubleshooting assistance, and recommendations for qualified repair facilities in your area.
Are your products covered by warranty?
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type. We can help process warranty claims and facilitate returns for defective products.
Do you sell complete pump systems or just individual components?
We sell both. You can purchase individual pumps, motors, or components, or we can supply complete systems including pump, motor, controls, pressure tank, fittings, and installation accessories - everything needed for a complete installation.
